Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT)
Dear Parent,
As discussed with the parents during ‘Parvarish-Parent’s Workshop’, St. Mary’s School would be conducting an assessment program for the children from JKG to Class XII.
This assessment program is called Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT) which will be covering the following areas.
1. Personality Type of a Child and His Inborn Qualities. 2. Child’s Intelligence Quotient (IQ) And Emotional Quotient (EQ). 3. Brain Dominance And Its Features (Left Vs. Right Brain). 4. Career Suitability and Selection Preference. 5. Suggested Subject Selection Based On Multiple Intelligence. 6. Remedies for All the Concerns of a Child.
This would be in the form of Individual counseling for around 15 to 20 minutes with the chief psychologist, where a detailed report in the form of hard copy would be given to the parents at the end of the program.

Assessment Schedule 2016-17;Term I

Ø  Formative Assessment 2, FA-2:  4th-5th  Week of August 2016
§  Syllabus/Schedule/Timetable shall be informed through the Student’s Diary 1 week prior of the FA.

Ø  Summative Assessment I, SA-I: 3rd Week of Sept’  2016
§  Schedule/Timetable shall be informed through the Student’s Diary 21 days prior of the Summative Assessment.
§  Syllabi for SAI shall be informed through the Student’s diary 15 days prior of the Summative Assessment.
§  SAI dates are assigned by the CBSE to the schools, and therefore are subjected to CBSE guidelines.
§  SAI shall be conducted for the 6 main subjects: English, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Science, Science and FIT.
§  GK, ASL and Gujarati shall be conducted class wise during regular school hours; dates shall be informed through the diary along with the SAI schedule.
§  School Timings for class III to XII during the SAI shall be 10 A.M till 1.45 P.M. Kindly make arrangements for conveyance.

Ø  For Classes I and II assessments shall be conducted through Class/Home Assignments, Review Worksheets, Projects, and Activities.

Ø  All dates shall be informed through the diary.


Ø  Please ensure your child does not remain absent on assessment dates.
